High aspect ratio mold production using water guided laser machining
This project will make economic production of high aspect ratio molds possible by combining water guided laser machining and low coherence interferometry in one production machine. To replicate parts from this high aspect ratio mold a procedure will be implemented to inject material into the mold and demold the high aspect ratio structures. Together this enables an economic high precision 3D machining of different materials and molds and complex parts.
