The signed consortium agreement is one of the requirements which must be supplied by the consortium upon approval and funding of their application. Any national payments cannot occur before a signed and approved consortium agreement has been made available to the EUREKA Secretariat. It is the responsibility of the main participant to ensure that a copy is sent to the EUREKA Secretariat at email@example.com within 12 weeks of the approval letter. More information can be obtained in the skeleton for a Consortium Agreement and Guidelines for Participants.
The consortium agreement may take time to negotiate. The final consortium agreement must be drafted carefully and the assistance of a legal advisor is strongly recommended.
We strongly advise you and your project partners to contact your National Project Coordinator (NPC) for more information and assistance in this matter.
