What are the requirements for the Consortium Agreement?

The signed consortium agreement is one of the requirements which must be supplied by the consortium upon approval and funding of their application. Any national payments cannot occur before a signed and approved consortium agreement has been made available to the EUREKA Secretariat. It is the responsibility of the main participant to ensure that a copy is sent to the EUREKA Secretariat at within 12 weeks of the approval letter. More information can be obtained in the skeleton for a Consortium Agreement and Guidelines for Participants.

The consortium agreement may take time to negotiate. The final consortium agreement must be drafted carefully and the assistance of a legal advisor is strongly recommended.

We strongly advise you and your project partners to contact your National Project Coordinator (NPC) for more information and assistance in this matter.
