When are the crucial dates of the life cycle of a Eurostars project?

There are three important dates to be aware of during the evaluation phase:

1. The cut-off date

EUREKA's Eurostars Programme is open for funding applications on a continuous basis, with an average of two application submission deadlines each year.

The 10th Eurostars submission deadline has passed. No further deadlines will occure in 2013.
The dates of future submission deadlines will be announced in due course.

2. The communication of evaluation results

Within 14 weeks of the cut-off date, the EUREKA Secretariat sends all participants the result of the evaluation phase.

3. The communication of funding availability

Within 19 weeks of the cut-off date, the EUREKA Secretariat sends to all participants the communication of the funding availability. At this point, you will know if your project has been labelled as a EUREKA Eurostars project.
